iX7NH Servo Drives

With One Parameter Tuning and built-in web server support, the iX7NH simplifies setup and operation.
iX7M Servo Drives
The iX7M is an EtherCAT command-type industrial servo drive that can operate up to four axes with motors ranging from 200 W to 1 kW. While maintaining the strong performance of the iX7NH, the iX7M reduces installation area by up to 40%, supporting more space-efficient equipment design. It can also operate up to four motors with a single communication cable, helping reduce wiring requirements.
L7NH Servo Drives
The L7NH is an EtherCAT command-type industrial servo drive used across a wide range of industries. With a 380–480 VAC input power range, it provides high-speed, high-precision control for rotary, direct, and linear motors. It also supports third-party motors and has been widely selected by customers over many years as a reliable servo drive solution.
L7P Servo Drives
The L7P is a pulse command-type industrial servo drive with a built-in single-axis positioning module. It can receive upper-level commands through multiple methods, including pulse, digital I/O, and Modbus RTU. The drive can also operate independently without an upper-level controller. It supports rotary, direct, and linear motors, as well as third-party motors, and has been widely selected by customers over many years as a reliable servo drive solution.
PHOX Servo Drives
PHOX is an industrial servo drive that uses low-voltage DC input power to deliver high-speed, high-precision motion control. It supports EtherCAT communication command and pulse command operation, and includes a built-in positioning module for operation through digital I/O commands. With dual encoder feedback for full-closed control, PHOX can be applied across a range of motion control applications.
