The XSC/XSR Series is a standalone safety control solution designed to interface with a wide range of safety devices, including emergency stop devices, light curtains, OSSD devices, and safety switches. The XSC Safety PLC provides flexible logic-based safety control, while the XSR Safety Relay supports simple ON/OFF safety control for application-specific safety functions. The series meets safety requirements up to SIL3, PL e, and Category 4, supporting reliable machine safety system design.

Supports connection to various safety devices, including emergency stop switches, door interlocks, light curtains, and OSSD safety sensors. Depending on the equipment requirements, users can select either a Safety PLC or Safety Relay configuration.

Supports safety performance levels based on IEC 61508 SIL 3, EN 62061 SIL CL 3, and ISO/EN 13849-1 PL e / Category 4. When a hazardous condition occurs, the system shuts off safety outputs and brings the equipment to a safe state.

The XSC Safety PLC is suitable for equipment requiring multiple safety inputs and complex safety logic. The XSR Safety Relay can be applied to simpler safety circuits such as emergency stop, door, and light curtain applications.

XSC Safety Designer supports drag-and-drop logic configuration, real-time monitoring, and simulation. DIN rail mounting and screw/clamp terminal options simplify wiring and maintenance.
