The XEL-BSSCT and XEL-BSSRT are Smart I/O expandable products designed for Smart I/O system configuration. They support network expansion based on the requirements of field control environments.

The XEL-BSSCT is suitable for EtherCAT-based remote I/O expansion. The XEL-BSSRT supports remote I/O expansion based on RAPIEnet, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus/TCP, and is also suitable for Ethernet network configurations.

Supporting up to 8 expansion stages, the series enables flexible system design centered on digital, analog, and special I/O modules.

Both models provide dual ports and configuration functions. The XEL-BSSCT supports USB test mode and EEPROM recovery, while the XEL-BSSRT supports Auto-MDIX, Auto Negotiation, Auto Speed Sync, and LED diagnostics.
